That’s right!! No Kidding!! No Bait & Switch.
I started this offer as follows:
"Close on a First mortgage loan in a purchase or a refinance transaction with me as your loan officer/mortgage consultant in 2009 and I will personally prepare your 2009 U.S. Individual Income Tax Return for Free!!! (offer includes Forms 1040EZ, 1040A or 1040 along with Schedules A & B) Absolutely Free!! Nada!! Zilch!!! Zippo!!!"
That offer still applies and there is still plenty of time to get that done.
That extends this offer until midnight on Thursday, December 31, 2009!!!
This could be up to a $395 value. I am a Florida-licensed CPA with more than 14 years of income tax planning and compliance experience. I am a tax guy in addition to being a "The CPA Loan Pro". I will personally prepare your return(s) myself.
A small processing/e-filing fee per return will apply. (Before you overreact, folks, I am only talking somewhere around $30). That covers my actual costs of my software and the e-filing of your return.
If other schedules are required in order to file a complete and accurate income tax return (i.e., Schedule C (sole proprietorship/small business), Schedule D (reporting of capital gains & losses), Schedule E (rental property, fee charged per property), or other forms, etc.), or if I am asked to file an extension, tax preparation fees will be charged for the preparation of those forms. Any fee charged to file an extension would be credited back to the total fees charged for the preparation of the return when the return is ultimately filed with the IRS.
This offer applies to individual returns only and is not valid with any other offer. All returns to which this offer applies MUST be filed on or before April 15, 2010. After that date, my standard billing rates will apply. My hourly rate is $137.50 per hour and most returns average between 2-3 hours to prepare, process and e-file. Some a little more. Some less. But that is the average. My average fee in the 2009 tax season was just about $275 per return (throwing out the cheapest return I prepared and the most expensive return I prepared).
