I have an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance and a graduate degree in Accounting, both from The Florida State University. I am actually a practicing CPA with a local firm in Jacksonville, FL. I am a member of the American and Florida Institute of CPAs (AICPA & FICPA), the National, Florida and Northeast Florida Association of Realtors® (NAR, FAR, NEFAR), and the National and Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB & FAMB). I have always had homeowners and real estate investors as tax and financial planning clients. I actually purchased some investment property myself in 2004. It was then that I began to notice the service, or shall I say "lack thereof" offered in the real estate profession and decided that the mortgage and real estate business needed more MORTGAGE PLANNERS.
